PowerShift is fiercely committed to combating white supremacy, racial injustice, and all forms of inequity in all our internal and external activities, and is guided by the following principles:
Principle 1. Do great work for clients who do great things for the world
Provide high quality, timely, cost-effective services to mission-aligned clients, particularly those that work to improve the lives of disadvantaged communities across the US and around the world.
Principle 2. Create opportunities for those who often face barriers to advancement
Build a pipeline and create opportunities for consulting experts who often face barriers to advancement - particularly people of color as well as women, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities and others who are frequently underrepresented.
Principle 3. Cultivate a collaborative and values-driven environment
Operate in a manner that reflects our values, creates a cooperative culture, and promotes fairness, respect and empowerment for all those involved – consultants, clients, and the communities at the center of your mission.
